Some of our work runs fully remote from anywhere in Poland. The remote model works where access to scarce skills matters more than physical presence in one city.
We run AI data operations, some cloud and DevOps engineering roles and selected support positions remotely. Candidates work from home across the country, which widens the talent pool beyond a single labour market and lets us source scarce language and technical combinations.
We provide equipment, and performance is managed through clear goals, a regular meeting rhythm and measurable quality metrics rather than desk presence. We recruit for remote roles across Poland.
