Corpshore Polska strives to make corpshore.pl accessible to as broad a range of users as possible, including people with disabilities. This declaration describes the site's conformance with the WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines, our approach to accessibility, known limitations and how to report issues, in line with the European Accessibility Act and the applicable Polish rules.
Commitment to accessibility
We treat accessibility as part of quality, not as an add-on. We aim for conformance with the WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines on every page, in every launched language version and in every interactive component. We take accessibility into account at the design and development stage, not only as part of a final audit.
Legal basis
We treat conformance with the WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines primarily as a voluntary quality commitment. To the extent that the European Accessibility Act applies to specific electronically supplied services, as implemented in Poland by the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements for certain products and services by economic operators, in force from 28 June 2025, we ensure conformance within the required scope.
Digital accessibility obligations under the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities apply to public entities; we take them into account in projects carried out for such entities and their suppliers. Regardless of the scope of statutory obligations, we aim for the accessibility of the entire site.
Standard and conformance status
We design the site to meet the WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines. We describe the status as conformant to the extent confirmed by testing, taking into account the known limitations set out later in this declaration. We verify conformance on an ongoing basis, as the site evolves.
Accessibility features implemented
The site uses semantic HTML code, and we apply ARIA attributes where native semantics are insufficient. We provide full keyboard operability and a visible focus indicator, as well as a link allowing navigation to be skipped in favour of jumping to the content.
We ensure adequate text contrast on light and dark backgrounds, meaningful alternative text for images, and the marking of decorative images with an empty alt attribute. Forms have associated labels, and error messages are announced to assistive technology and describe how to correct the issue. We do not rely on colour alone to convey information.
We honour the reduced-motion preference, provide the ability to enlarge text up to 200 percent without loss of functionality, and ensure adequate touch target sizes. For every chart on the site we provide an accessible alternative in the form of a data table.
Testing approach and review date
We verify conformance by combining automated tools with manual testing, including keyboard review and screen reader testing. We treat automated tests as a supplement to, not a replacement for, testing with assistive technology, since some barriers can only be detected by manual testing. We show the date of the last review as the update date of this declaration and update it with every material change to the site.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some elements may not fully meet all criteria. We list known limitations and our plan for resolving them here, and we update this as work progresses. We treat the honest disclosure of known limitations as the correct state of this declaration, not as a denial of conformance.
Alternative means of access
If you encounter a barrier while using the site, we provide an alternative way to contact us and obtain information. You can reach us using the contact details given on the site, and we will provide the information you need or make the content available in an accessible format.
Feedback and reporting procedure
You can send comments about the site's accessibility, including reports of inaccessibility and requests for information to be made available, using the contact details given on the site. In your report, please indicate the problematic element and your preferred form of contact. We handle reports without undue delay and inform you of the outcome within a reasonable time.
Escalation path
If our response to an accessibility report is unsatisfactory, we will indicate the further path appropriate to the case. In projects carried out for public entities, the procedure under the digital accessibility act may apply, including a request for accessibility to be ensured and a complaint about the lack of accessibility; we provide the details of the competent authority in line with the legal status applicable to the specific project.
For services within the scope of the European Accessibility Act, the competent authority is the supervisory body designated under the implementing legislation, to which a complaint can be directed in accordance with that legislation.
Updates to this declaration
We update this declaration as the site evolves, as further reviews are conducted, and as the law changes. The current version, together with its date, is always available on this page.
