Cookie policy

Last updated: 2026-07-31

This cookie policy describes how corpshore.pl uses cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, which categories of files we use, for what purposes, on what legal basis, for how long, and how you can manage your consent. This policy should be read together with the Privacy Notice.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved on your device while you use the site. Among other things, they allow settings to be remembered, security to be maintained, and, with consent, the way the site is used to be measured. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, work in an analogous way and we treat them under the same rules as cookies.

Cookies may be session cookies, deleted when the browser is closed, or persistent cookies, stored for a set period or until deleted. They may originate from us as the site administrator or from trusted third parties whose tools we use.

Legal basis

Storing information on your terminal device and accessing it takes place in accordance with electronic communications law and the GDPR. We use files necessary to provide the service you requested on the basis of the legitimate purpose of ensuring the site functions. We use non-essential files, including analytics and marketing files, only on the basis of your prior, freely given consent.

Category: essential cookies

Essential cookies enable basic site functions, including navigation, maintaining session state, operating forms and ensuring security, for example protecting forms against abuse. Without these files the site would not function properly. They do not require consent, since they are necessary to provide the requested service, and they do not serve analytics or marketing purposes.

Category: functional cookies

Functional cookies allow your preferences to be remembered, such as your choice of language or the site's light or dark theme, to improve usability. We use them with your consent, and their absence does not prevent you from using the site but may limit the remembering of settings.

Category: analytics cookies

Analytics cookies allow us to understand how visitors use the site, which pages are useful and where difficulties occur, so that we can improve the site. We activate them only after you give consent, and we process analytics data in a way that limits identifiability, to the extent necessary for the measurement purpose.

Category: marketing cookies

Marketing cookies, where used, serve to tailor messaging and measure the effectiveness of activities. We activate them only with your explicit consent, and we do not bundle this consent with consent for other purposes. You can withdraw it at any time from the consent settings.

Third-party providers

We use trusted providers' tools on the site. We protect forms against abuse using a bot protection service. Booking calls may use an embedded calendar widget. With your consent we may use analytics tools. We present the current list of providers and details of individual files in the consent management panel.

Retention periods

Session cookies are deleted once the browser session ends. Persistent cookies are stored for a period appropriate to their function, from a few days to more than a year, depending on the category and provider. We give specific periods for individual files in the consent management panel and update them as changes occur.

Managing consent

On your first visit we display a banner allowing you to give or refuse consent for individual categories of non-essential files. Refusing consent is as simple and as visible as giving it, and the option to reject all optional files is available at the same level as accepting them. You can change your choices at any time from the consent settings available in the site footer.

We record your choice together with the date so that we can respect it and demonstrate compliance. Until consent is given, we do not activate non-essential files.

Managing cookies in your browser

Regardless of the settings on the site, you can manage cookies in your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. However, restricting essential files may affect the proper functioning of the site. The way of managing files differs between browsers and is described in their documentation.

Data transfers and rights

If the use of a third-party provider's tool involved transferring data outside the European Economic Area, we apply the appropriate mechanism provided for in the GDPR and inform you of this in the consent panel. For personal data processed in connection with cookies, you have the rights described in the Privacy Notice, including the right to withdraw consent and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy in connection with changes in technology, providers or the law. The current version, together with the date of the last update, is always available on this page, and we inform you of material changes on the site.
