Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-07-31

These terms set out the rules for using the corpshore.pl website and the conditions for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means. By using the site, you accept these terms. Please read them before you start using the site.

Definitions

Service provider means the entity providing services under the Corpshore Polska brand, whose registration details are given in the site footer. Site means the website available at corpshore.pl. Service recipient means any person using the site. Electronic service means a service provided electronically within the site, in particular making informational content available and operating contact and application forms.

Scope and acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to the use of the informational site and the forms made available on it. Starting to use the site means accepting these terms. The actual business process, IT and artificial intelligence outsourcing services are provided under separate framework agreements and are not the subject of these terms.

Nature of the site and its content

The site is informational in nature and serves to present our services and establish contact. The content published on the site, including service descriptions, figures and materials, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract. The terms of cooperation, including scope, price and service level, are confirmed individually in response to an enquiry.

Technical requirements

Proper use of the site requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser supporting standard web technologies, and, for certain functions, support for cookies and JavaScript. The service provider makes efforts to keep the site continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Proposal request process

Through the forms on the site you can submit a proposal request or a contact request. Submitting a form does not result in a contract being concluded, but initiates a process in which we contact you to establish the details. A contract is concluded in the form of a separate document once both parties have agreed on the terms.

Conclusion and termination of the electronic services agreement

The agreement for the provision of free electronic services, consisting of access to the site's content and use of the forms made available, is concluded at the moment you start using the given service and is terminated when you stop using the site, without the need for separate declarations.

The newsletter service is concluded upon confirmation of the sign-up and may be terminated at any time by unsubscribing, without giving a reason and without incurring any cost. The services provided on the site are free of charge.

Rules for using the site

You undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, good practice and these terms, not to supply unlawful content, and not to undertake actions that disrupt the operation of the site, including attempts at unauthorised access, overloading the infrastructure, or automated data harvesting in a way that breaches these terms.

Intellectual property

The site and its elements, including content, trademarks, graphics, layout and software, are legally protected and belong to the service provider or to entities from which it has obtained the relevant rights. Using these elements beyond permitted personal use requires the service provider's prior consent.

Materials submitted by the user

By submitting content, including a CV, documents or the content of an enquiry, you declare that you are entitled to provide it and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. You grant the service provider a non-exclusive licence to the extent necessary to handle your submission, for the time necessary to complete it. The rules for processing personal data contained in these materials are described in the Privacy Notice and the Candidate Information Clause.

Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites. The service provider is not responsible for the content and privacy practices of such sites, and their use takes place under the rules set by their respective administrators.

Liability

The service provider is liable under the general principles of the Polish Civil Code, taking into account mandatory provisions, including Article 473 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code, under which liability for damage caused intentionally may not be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the service provider is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, or the consequences of using the site in breach of these terms.

Complaints

Complaints regarding electronically provided services may be submitted using the contact details given on the site. A complaint should include contact details and a description of the concerns raised. We handle complaints promptly, no later than within 14 days, and inform you of the outcome at the address provided.

Confidentiality

Information exchanged during contact and negotiations, marked as confidential or confidential by its nature given the circumstances, is treated by us as confidential and used only for the purpose for which it was provided, with appropriate protective measures.

Force majeure

The service provider is not liable for failure to perform or improper performance of its obligations to the extent that this results from force majeure, meaning an external event that is impossible to foresee and prevent, including failures of infrastructure beyond the service provider's control.

Sanctions, export control and anti-corruption

The parties undertake to comply with applicable international sanctions, export control, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws. The service provider may refuse to provide services if doing so would breach these laws.

Changes to these terms

The service provider may amend these terms for important reasons, in particular in connection with changes in the law, the scope of services, or technical conditions. We announce changes on the site, and the current version of these terms, together with the date, is always available on this page. A change does not affect rights acquired under an earlier version.

Consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights

The site and Corpshore Polska's services are directed at businesses. However, if the site is used by a consumer within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Polish Civil Code, or by a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity where the content of that contract shows it is not of a professional nature for them, the mandatory consumer protection provisions apply to that person, and any provisions of these terms less favourable than those provisions do not apply to them.

We do not apply against a consumer any provisions establishing the jurisdiction of a court by the service provider's seat; jurisdiction is then determined by general provisions. Since the services on the site are free of charge, they do not involve a payment obligation; use of the newsletter service can be ended at any time by unsubscribing.

Final provisions

In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. Should any provision of these terms prove invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in force. The court competent to resolve disputes and the service provider's seat are indicated in accordance with the registration details in the site footer.

This document is drafted to a professional standard and is reviewed by Polish counsel before it takes effect. The entity registration details appear in the site footer.
