The challenge

The insurer rejected two end-to-end AI platforms because neither could explain error behaviour or AI Act classification.

What we did

We built a deliberately narrower system that makes no coverage decision, plus the AI Act governance layer the rejected vendors lacked.

Why it worked

Less capability with complete governance is what got this into production in a regulated market.
