The challenge

The platform could not carry the next five years: weekend deployments reversed one in five, and inconsistent Polish character handling.

What we did

We placed a ten-person pod using a strangler approach behind a stable API layer, fixing Polish character handling with regression tests.

Results

Why it worked

Two other firms quoted a full rewrite; incremental extraction was slower on paper and faster in practice.
