This is the strongest page on the site. For an organisation under EU regulation, a partner inside the Union sits in the same regulatory perimeter as the client, rather than being contractually bound to behave as though it were.
Data never leaves the EEA
Delivery from Poland means personal data stays in the European Economic Area. There is no transfer mechanism to negotiate, no adequacy decision to monitor and no standard contractual clauses to maintain. That work simply drops out of the vendor risk assessment rather than being managed within it.
One perimeter, five regimes
GDPR, the EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2 and the European Accessibility Act apply to the partner directly. For a bank, insurer or public body, that removes a risk offshore delivery cannot remove at any price.
