Umowa o pracę or B2B?
On engineering roles we state both options in the posting and leave the choice to you, rather than negotiating it late. On operational roles we offer umowa o pracę from day one.
Is English or German genuinely required?
It depends on the role. Every posting states the required language and CEFR level, and whether it is required or only welcome.
Do you consider applications from outside the city?
Yes. For remote roles location does not matter, and for hybrid and onsite roles we support relocation where it makes sense.
